1General Terms & Conditions

Takbed (site: takbed.ws) is an online betting and gaming platform. By accessing and using this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a binding agreement.

To use Takbed's services, you must meet the following basic requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in the country where you reside.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of any prohibited country.
• All information you provide must be true, accurate, and complete.

2Account Registration & Verification

You can only access Takbed's services with an active account. Information provided during registration must match your national ID or passport. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds in that account.

Single Account Policy: Only one account per person, household, address, IP address, or device is allowed. Operating multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts.

KYC Verification: You must submit the following documents before withdrawal:

• Clear photo of national ID card or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or bank slip).

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@takbed.ws immediately.

3Bonus & Promotion Terms

Takbed offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms which are stated on the offer page. Below are the general bonus terms:

Bonuses can only be used for betting and cannot be withdrawn directly. Attempting to withdraw from bonus balance before meeting wagering requirements will result in bonus forfeiture.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Takbed processes transactions through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved mobile banking methods. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 300.
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically 3–15 minutes, but may take 24–48 hours if verification is required.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for deposit.
• To withdraw an amount greater than your deposit, additional documentation must be submitted.

5Betting Rules

Before placing bets on Takbed, please note the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Takbed reserves the right to void any bet incorrectly accepted due to system error.
• If a match/event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be void and the stake refunded.
• In case of disputes over scores or results, the official result will be considered final.
• Takbed is not liable if bets are canceled due to connection issues during live betting.
• Maximum win limits for single bets are set individually for each market.

If Takbed identifies suspicious or unusual betting patterns, it reserves the right to suspend those bets and investigate. If the investigation finds evidence of manipulation, the associated winnings will be voided.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Takbed platform:

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using someone else's identity.
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Exploiting technical glitches or errors on the platform to gain unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.

7Account Closure & Termination Policy

You may request to close your account at any time by emailing support@takbed.ws. If there are pending withdrawals before account closure, they will be processed.

Takbed may close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Upon violation of any provision of the Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• If involved in prohibited activities.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Proof of being underage.

A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts after 12 months.

8Responsible Betting

Takbed firmly believes in responsible betting. We want every member to enjoy betting as a form of entertainment, not as an addiction.

• You can set your daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Use the "Cooling Off" feature to take a temporary break.
• Use the "Self Exclusion" feature to permanently suspend yourself from betting.

9Intellectual Property Rights

• Takbed's trademarks or logos may not be used without authorization.
• Printing or saving pages for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.

10Limitation of Liability

Takbed is committed to providing the highest quality service. However, Takbed accepts no liability under the following circumstances:

• Bets lost due to internet connection failure.
• Delays or errors in third-party payment processing.
• Unexpected server maintenance or technical disruptions.
• Unauthorized third-party access to your account resulting from your negligence.
• Force Majeure — service interruption due to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Under no circumstances shall Takbed's total liability exceed the amount of your most recent deposit.

11Privacy & Data Protection Policy

12Modification of Terms & Legal Jurisdiction

Takbed reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes occur, the new version will be published on this page and a notice will be sent to registered email addresses. Continued use of the platform after changes are made means you agree to the new terms.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. All legal disputes will be settled in the appropriate court in Dhaka.
